Mark Wahlberg headed back to Bay State for next pic:

Casting for ‘Ted’
 January 19, 2011
While he waits to see if “The Fighter’’ earns a few Oscar nods, Mark Wahlberg is getting to work on his next project. Boston Casting is holding a casting call Saturday for boys between the ages of 8-11 to be in Wahlberg’s new film, “Ted.’’ (see for details.)
To be directed by “Family Guy’’ creator Seth MacFarlane and filmed around Boston next month, the movie follows an ordinary Boston guy, who, as a child, wished for his teddy bear to come to life. The wish came true, but the furry fellow becomes a foul-mouthed lout who interferes with his owner’s enjoyment of adulthood and women. Mila Kunis costars.
